1A – Bench Press Ladder – 185lbs – 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps
1B – Pull Up Ladder – 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps
No Rest between sets
2A – BB Row – 3×10 – 135lbs
2B – DB Fly’s – 3×10 – 35lbs
3A – DB Row – 1×20 – 50lbs, 1×15 – 50lbs, 1×10 – 50lbs
3B – TRX Strap Pushups – 20 – 15 – 10
3C – TRX Face Pull – 3×10
Notes:
One of the tougher workout setups, I’ve ever done, the bench and pullup ladder with no rest is borderline impossible!
