2A – Incline DB Press – 4×8
2B – Single Arm DB Row – 4×8

3A – Standing Barbell Press – 4×8
3B – DB Pull Over – 4×10

4A – Renegade Row – 3×12
4B – Barbell Curl – 3×12

Notes:

Very solid session, felt good and fun exercises.
