Trading can be very solitary for sure, it is one of the great things as well as one of the most challenging. It today’s list I go over some recent challenges and the growth I hope to gain.

Yikes quite the day yesterday! I broke a lot of rules shorting $PLUG pre market. I got out pretty quickly after the open for a loss. Nothing catastrophic, but frustrating, I literally broke about 2/3rds of my rules on that trade.
In hindsight it seems silly to be trading 10’s of thousands of dollars with absolutely no plan or goal. But I think in the transition from part timer to full timer it simply never crossed my mind that now I need to enforce more discipline and actually have a plan.
While they should not be, I’ve decided to keep all these fuel cell plays on watch. None of them are ready to short, but they are all so “in play” that its hard to not at least keep an eye on them.
Should have shorted the gap up yesterday, but I was fucking around with $PLUG instead. Keeping this on list to see where it goes, but this is MY TYPE OF PLAY, should have been in this and NOT $PLUG.
I think this is a total carcass, but I don’t totally understand the whole uplisting thing, So I’m watching this one more day.
Junk solar, need to keep an eye on the whole sector, another annoying loss I had recently was $SUNE, looking for some revenge. I try and short solars every time they pop.

What a killer day to be trading penny stocks, I was out most of the day for my son’s birthday party, but after getting home in the evening and clicking review, it was super exciting to see the outcome of the screens!
Only bummer about a killer scan on Friday is as a result I don’t see a whole lot today. Below are some mediocre setups, but nothing I’m too excited about. I’ll start digging harder about 8:30 to prep into the open.
These are all the same sector and all up huge, but everyone and their brother are trying to short them. I like the charts, but I prefer to short stocks when the crowd is on the believer side not the hater side. They will all probably end up solid shorts, but not today/this week.
Positive news, but these guys are just “too old” in my opinion. I remember using their Telnet application back in the 90’s. Looks like they are just doing some lame rebranding to stay relevant.
Kind of like $SMSI, good news, but boring industry,how exciting can heat transfer plates be?

Lots on watch today. All the shippers are in play again too, $DRYS, $FREE etc.
BLEGH, totally terrible miss by me yesterday. I was busy in the morning, super frustrating to see a play like this and not be able to trade it. I need to make sure my butt is in the seat every day. To many misses like this lately.
I have perpetual hate for this company.
Went short this into the close, they have an event today so that was probably a foolish choice. But after several misses yesterday morning I was “jonesing” for a trade.
I’m hoping this just goes crazy, that way I can get a short entry, lots of support right now.
Fat loss pills, a sector I have and always will aggressively short.
Watched this all day yesterday, and never went short when I should have several times, hoping for another spike to sell into.

Been on vacation over the new year so no lists, I have plenty to do today so I will most likely not trade unless there is some crazy good setup I spot during the day. Did want to start the routine of posting a watchlist everyday so here we go.
