Good day yesterday, though I executed on my plans, I was very late on a lot of entries. Left a lot of money on the table. Big list today, will try and focus on only the most liquid of them.

Hoping for a squeeze back up to $8’s, terrible miss by me on this yesterday after the morning spike. Should have gotten some in the mid $9’s.

Another miss yesterday, but this one was tough, very spiky all day then fell apart right at the close.

I’m pretty confident this ends up a killer short at some point, but I’m in no rush. Seems “everybody” is short and they are ringing the Nasdaq bell this afternoon I think. Will watch but this is probably more a play for next week once all the uplisting hype fades.

Made decent money on this yesterday, though it never refused to crack $16, held for what felt like an eternity. I had a play to enter in the $17’s but did not execute because of watching GPRO and TWTR, reminder to focus on the junk not the real stuff even if they are moving. Ended up shorting in the mid $16’s and tried to hold all day.

Target: Pops to set risk, no rush.

Today’s Plan:

Ok, trading yesterday, finished green so thats a good thing. Ended the day kind of on a sour note with no conviction on $RJET. At this point looks to have been a solid overnight hold. And I missed (chickened out) of taking $SGYP so kind of sitting here in a pissy mood at this point. That coupled with not a ton on scan I’m lacking motivation.

Watchlist for 7-29-2015 – $RADA, $NYMX, $SLTD, $OGXI, $ITEK

Today’s Plan:

Frustrating and annoying day yesterday, in the end, it finished fine, -$150. But I wasted sooo much time and emotion on $ITEK, I even said early in the morning I was feeling FOMO around it and knew I should just stay away. Instead I shorted into some fading action and then was “stuck” almost all day. Like always happens with shitty entries, you get squeezed (hopefully survive) then cover at the worst possible time, as in yesterday, right before it cracked. That being said I would at best made 50 cents a share. But the most annoying part is I wasted like 6 hours watching every tick. When it would not crack $17.40 repeatedly I should have covered for a small gain and moved on.

I am pleased in that I stuck to my plan and did not hold it overnight. While it is not doing much pre market, I managed to ruin my day watching it, sooooo happy I didnt ruin my evening by holding and hoping. I had a great night fishing with my son and didnt feel the need to grab my phone ever 5 minutes to refresh and see if it was going crazy after hours.

This was the big pisser of the day, I had shorts at $3.90 but covered super quick for some dumb reason, it faded literally all day with no real reason to ever cover… Hoping for a spike to get entry.

This is on ignore unless it goes TRUE para, I mean $21-$22+ otherwise the wide spread and annoying jumpiness are not worth it. I gave it 6 hours of my life yesterday its not getting any more…

Today’s Plan:

Watchlist was spot on yesterday, basically everything worked. Unfortunately my actual execution was poor. Profited on $MNOV and $ITEK, but left sooo much on the table. I think I was trying to follow too much so the instant I saw green on either I covered. Need to work on focusing down to 2-4 main watches instead of trying to follow all 8-10 on watch closely.

Watchlist for 4-21-2015 – $AMCN, $CHOP, $ADXS, $NYMX, $BIOC, $VLTC

Today’s Plan:

Very boring day yesterday, there were trades to be made but all the stocks I was watching were not worth a shit. Then I had a ton of distractions in the afternoon which ended up getting me “stuck” in a bunch of crappy overnight positions. Something I need to work on, at least I recognize it when I do it though. When I get a bunch of phone calls and commitments to do other things, instead of just gutting all my positions I will “let them work” while I do other things. That shit never works, you come back an hour later upside down, then add more patience. In a foolish way.

So I’m in 3 stocks, 2 of them are green but barely. Had I been quicker in the morning and not distracted I could have been in cash in the afternoon and went and done other things. Patience in trading is truly a double edged sword.

Waited for entry at $4.70, probably should have covered early in the day. As mentioned above decided to watch paint dry all day and hold overnight.

Again, waited for entry at $4.30, got the fill I wanted, but this seems to want to base at $4. I waited for that crack, it never came, probably should have covered.

This is the primary reason for my frustration in the daily notes above, had a 50 cent drop and for some stupid reason did not cover. Then got distracted and was upside down. Decided to “hope” it would come back, annoying and frustrating.
