Minimized gains BIG TIME on friday, but two small trades and two solid winners ($ADXS, $BLDR). $ADXS looks to crash today/this week so I should have held small overnight. Will be watching any good pops on $BLDR to possibly swing this week.
Today’s List: Full list from Yahoo Finance
Probably my number one potential short, will look to scale into pops.
Target: Spikes above $4
Been waiting for the one last push to fade, gimme $5.
This has been in play for weeks, but I don’t think I’ve traded it since late March. Has gotten awful choppy, but watching for another top at high $4’s – $5.
Would like to start into this right where I foolishly covered on Friday, $13.20’s-$13.30
Another day no borrows for me, if I wasn’t an idiot I’d adapt and be buying this. Paper traded the @swedepilot NWI (Nate warning indicator) on Friday. Perhaps today @investorslive will be chastising shorts about being stubborn and I can use that as a buy opportunity.
Target: When @investorslive warns shorts more than 2-3 times in a couple hours.
Good grind it out kind of day yesterday, nothing great but a lot of my primary watches I could not short ($AMCN, $CHOP, $VLTC) so I ended up trading secondary watches, ($ADXS, $VGGL). Nothing on the scans that I am super excited about today. And since its Friday and been a busy week I will look to move my entries to ideal spots and trade small.
Today’s List: AMCN
No borrows yesterday, but easy to borrow today. I really like this but only on pops, hoping for a push to $5.
Target: $5.00 for starter and add
Watched this all afternoon and had an alert go off at $12.59, but chose not to enter. In the end I’m fine with that since it held up and I would have been tempted to hold overnight. Considering it did hold I won’t short unless I get a spike.
Target: High $12’s
Made some peanuts on this, but missed my ideal entry in the $2.30’s because I was watching to many stocks at the open. It probably fades for days, but I’m only interested if it gets some kind of crazy spike to the $2.50’s. Theres money to be made even at $2, but I have no desire to hold it for days and wait.
This is a little to “real” for me, not a POS pennystock. But the chart is interesting for sure.
No borrows for me, please keep going for next week!
This is starting to fade and $ADRO does not look healthy either. Covered all because I was determined to be in cash overnight, but the smart move would have been to hold a 1/4 or 1/3 position. Ideally a spike to get short into again.
No borrows on this all week, but its so crowded, it always does the opposite of what you think it should. If anything since I have no borrows the smart move would be to buy it every time it looks like a short….
