I’ve been a little stalled lately in making progress towards my fitness goals, while I still greatly enjoy my current training I’m going to switch up a little to a more mass building style. I have long read Jason Ferruggia’s blog and his ideas about training as closely match my thoughts as any I’ve ever found.
