Well after reading this its time for me to start another “do something every day” fitness challenge to myself. I make the biggest gains when I commit to something like this. And I figure 30 days is chump change anymore. Going to shoot for a streak till the end of the year. Excluding holidays and travel days.
So basically, every day, we have no excuses not to do what it takes – if we don’t spend time working on something goal-related, then we were letting ourselves down, and lying to ourselves about what we really want.
