“An hour of effective, precise, hard, disciplined – and integrated thinking can be worth a month of hard work. Thinking is the very essence of, and the most difficult thing to do in business and in life. Empire builders spend hour-after-hour on mental work…while others party. If you’re not consciously aware of putting forth the effort to exert self-guided integrated thinking…if you don’t act beyond your feelings and instead take the path of least resistance, then you give in to laziness, make bad decisions and no longer control your life.” – Kekich Credo #44

The #1 Reason Why You Won’t Reach Your Goals This Year

That thing that’s holding you back from building your ideal body or starting that business or saving that money to buy that house is toughness, grit, and the ability to persist. Most fail before they create the necessary habits because the truth about creating habits paints a far more difficult road than Maltz’ mythical 21 days.

Watchlist for 1-7-2015 – $JOB, $KIRI, $CNAT, $VUZI, $CYTR, $ADXS,

Should have went short this a day ago, but still on my watch, could really crack soon.

POS china play, awfully cheap for me, but something I have made a goal is to start trading some of these really cheapies. In the past I’ve avoided stocks under $1, for no real good reason.

I REALLY like the looks of this play, will short into pops. Looks like a complete carcass.

Real contract and investment from a real partner but this thing just never seems to hold its gains. Perennial fader.

Messy chart, hopefully this gets a run going, if not I won’t short at these levels. But if it goes parabolic I’d be interested.

Probably missed the easy money, but I love the prospects of this as a multi day swing to fade every day until oblivion.

Watchlist 1-6-2015 – $NDRM, $BCLI, $ADXS, $VUZI, $JOB, $NRX,

Today’s Plan:

I have a ton of to do’s today so I’m not going to trade. I’ve also decided to modify my watchlist procedure, my morning routine dictates I build it at 8AM. But lately so many of the trades I’ve either made or watched are moving pre market. It seems increasingly difficult and distracting to try and build a “quality” watchlist with useful commentary when I keep flipping back to my trading platform.

So starting today I’ll be building and posting the watchlist between 4PM and 5PM. Good way to review the day and be able to take the time to think a little more.
